With this in mind, the town has just launched the Wellbeing Warriors project, where local businesses – from cafés to independent stores – will help provide physical and mental wellbeing experiences for visitors, inspiring them to take time out and focus on themselves.
For example, the Hoot ‘n’ Cat coffee shop will provide free water bottles for cyclists to help them stay hydrated.
